Privacy notice
In short
We use what you send us only to respond to your inquiry. We never sell it, and we never share your form answers with Facebook, Instagram or any other advertiser.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), approximate investable assets, the topics you’re interested in, and any message.
- How you found us: the advertising campaign or website that referred you (for example, campaign tags in the link you clicked).
- Website analytics: if enabled, the Meta Pixel and Cloudflare Web Analytics record page visits and whether a form was submitted, using cookies or similar technology. These tools do not receive the contents of your form.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your inquiry, as you asked us to.
- To understand whether our services are a good fit for you.
- To measure which advertisements bring people to this page, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Workspace account controlled by De Thomas Wealth Management and emailed to our advisors. Google may store and process this information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your inquiry within 24 months. If you become a client, your information becomes part of your client file and is kept as required by the regulations that apply to us.
Your choices
- You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing jason@dethomaswealth.com.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
